Where we ship

We currently ship to Australian addresses only. Checkout is locked to Australia. If you enter an address we cannot deliver to, we will not take the order.

Cost

All prices on the site, including shipping, are in Australian dollars and include GST.

Dispatch

We pack and ship from Australia. Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days. You will get a confirmation email when you order and a tracking link once it leaves us.

Transit time depends on your postcode. Metro addresses are usually faster than regional and remote ones. We will not invent a delivery date we cannot keep — the tracking link is the source of truth once the parcel is moving.

Tracking

Every order includes tracking. If the status has not updated for several days, email [email protected] with your order number and we will chase it.

Wrong address

If you spot a mistake, email us as soon as you can. We can usually correct it before the parcel leaves. Once it is with the carrier, a redirect is not always possible.

Lost or damaged

If your order arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, email us. We will send a replacement or refund you — whichever you prefer. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law sit on top of this and are not limited by it.

Returns

Shipping a pillow back is covered on the Returns page. Trial returns are free.
